Pet-friendly accommodation in Spain and Andorra
Travelling with your dog shouldn't mean endless phone calls, vague answers and disappointments when you arrive. The pet-friendly accommodations you'll find here have been selected because we've visited or verified them: hotels that don't just tolerate your companion, but genuinely welcome them.
Spain has more and more accommodations that accept pets, but accepting isn't the same as welcoming. Here you'll find the difference: places with dog-friendly outdoor areas, rooms where you can leave your dog comfortably while you have breakfast, and staff who already know your pup's name by the second visit. And when the pet-friendly policy comes with conditions (nightly pet surcharge, maximum weight, number of pets), we'll tell you straight so there are no surprises.
We organise accommodations by type and destination so you find what you're looking for without wasting time: from city hotels in Barcelona or Madrid to rural houses in the heart of nature or the Andorran mountains.

What you need to know before booking
Every pet-friendly accommodation has its own conditions. The most common is a nightly pet surcharge (averaging between €10 and €25), though some places charge nothing at all. Maximum weight limits vary: some hotels only accept dogs under 10 kg, while others — like the ones you'll find here — welcome large breeds without any issue.
On potentially dangerous breeds (PPP): not all pet-friendly hotels accept them. Each listing states whether the property accepts PPP dogs or not, so you don't have to call and ask.
