La Ruta
Queda was the last known witch of Andorra, and on this route children have a mission: to find her potion of happiness. The 3 km route runs through the Les Fonts circuit, near Engolasters lake, in Escaldes-Engordany.
The difficulty is moderate, designed for families who are already accustomed to mountain walking. The forest landscape and lake surroundings make this one of the most beautiful routes in the Macarulla.
With the guide notebook (€1 at tourism offices) children discover the world of witches and local legends through artistic installations integrated into the trail. At the end there is a rest area to regain your strength.
If you arrive by public transport, the Green Line of EE Bus is free.
Leash for your furry friend: mandatory in Andorra's natural areas.

The route begins at the start of the Les Fonts circuit path, on the Engolasters road, a short distance from the lake. You can get there on the Green Line of EE Bus (free). The guide booklet (€1) is available at the Escaldes-Engordany tourism offices.
