Hotel Pere D'Urg 3000

Encamp is one of Andorra's quietest parishes. Without the hustle and bustle of Andorra la Vella or the queues at Pas de la Casa, it has that mountain village pace that you appreciate when you arrive with a dog and in no rush. The Pere D'Urg 3000 is right in the center, steps away from everything.

The hotel won't surprise you with luxury. Functional and well-maintained rooms with wifi and private bathroom. Its own bar and breakfast included. What it does have is a perfect location: 30 meters from the bus stop to get up to Grandvalira and Vallnord, and a walk away from Encamp's old town, which deserves far more attention than it gets.

With a dog, what you'll enjoy most are the surroundings. The old town is comfortable for walking and the mountains are always nearby. For longer hikes, the neighboring parishes of Canillo and Ordino are less than 20 minutes by car. The hotel accepts dogs of any size, including restricted breeds, for an additional fee.

Before the renovation you could eat with your dog in the dining room. After the 2025 renovation the dynamics changed, although the hotel remains pet-friendly. It's worth asking at reception how they manage it currently.

A practical and honest option: it's not the most beautiful hotel in Andorra, but it's reasonably priced, accepts pets, and is located exactly where it should be.
